viewing Thumbnails under NT Workstation

Hi all out there,
I just want to say what an invaluable source this forum has been for me! My question concerns viewing thumbnails under NT workstation. In Explore, when you right click and go to view, there is no thumbnail view. Can you get a thumbnail view in NT Workstation, like in 95, windows millenium and Windows 2000? Please help.
