virtual memory problem

hi i have a virtual problem
first i have win2000 pro
* i have a network
* when i login to the network ( after username and passwd and domain )
i got a masseg that i must increase the virtual memmory , i incresed the virtual memory but it didn’t help all the time i get the masseg about the paging file(virtual memory )
help 10X allot
