virus help

I have a system that had nimda32 on it. Ran the latest Norton on it and re-installed everything, and replaced riched20.dll, edited system.ini.
Everything works fine now except I’m getting a icon on the desktop called _hash609121 also Word give an error of insufficient Memory when trying to save an attachment from Netscape e-mail. Word works fine on all other levels.
what is this?
