Visual Basic 7.0

My name is Yusuf Baluch and i am doing my E-Accp from Aptech. For many days i am hearing this rumour that Visual Basic 7.0 is going to change into object oriented and has no compatibility with VB 6.0, if it is so then we learn Visual Basic from the Beginning??
