Visual Studio: Excel export extra columns

Hi all,
Hopefully I am not the only one that has had this issue. I am fairly new to Visual Studio and have been mostly just fixing up some old reports that needed thier formats fixed so that they can be properly viewed and sorted in Excel. Problem I just ran into is that for some reason I am getting an extra column when I export to excel. If I have 3 columns in my report, I will end up with a very small 4th column at the end when I export. This only seems to happen if I have a header, and this is also the first time I have had this happen out of about 20 or 30 reports. Any help is much appreciated!
