Visualizing web sites

I’m frustrated by the inability of traditional tools
– org charts, design documents – to convey to
clients what a web site will feel like and do. Or
frustrated by my inability to make them convey
this.

What tools do people find useful fordoing
this? Or what use do people make of these
tools that I haven’t thought of?

The goal is simply to allow a client to look at a
document (could be online, interactive) and
get a sense of the shape, scope and
relationships of the site.
