Voice Chat Needed over a LAN

I need an easy to use Voice Chat application like Microsoft Net Meeting with a headset.
I have two locations and for backup for my phone system I like to have internet voice chat availble via two PC’s. The voice chat system should be easy to run and the PC can be dedicated to voice chat or share it with other applications. What’s a good product and decent headset you would recommend? Have you tried it?
