Voice/Video conversations

Maybe somebody can help me with this problem.
I am running W2K Server with Win XP Pro on the workstations, would like to be able to have voice/video converstaions on the workstations, but can’t seem to get this to work. Web cams and mics are working fine. Do i need to set up a web media server on my server to allow video and voice to stream to the workstations to accomplish this, or is there something i’m missing? Anybody with any idea’s i would be very grateful.
