VPN client cannot access corporate/remot

I have a problem with a VPN client. It makes the VPN connection, but it can not see the corporate Application server. I am using W2K pro and Windows 2000 server and ISA. From Domain controller at HQ I can see the troublesome PC, what could be the problem? How do I resolve it?
