VPN Newbie

I need to set up a VPN between a central office and several remote ones. Each office has a dedicated T1 terminated at a ISP managed Cisco 2620 router (no firewall on the 2620). I was looking at using the Linksys RV042 at each location, behind the managed 2620’s. Any reason that wouldn’t work? Any better ideas? Thank you for any information you could give me.
