VPN on a DMZ!

I have Win2K server on our DMZ. The server is a VPN server.

Users are able to login and authenticate but they are not able see any other server or workstation through ‘My Network Places’.

What am I missing? Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this? Any solutions?
