VPN using sonicwall SOHO

Has anyone tried using the Sonicwall SOHO VPN? I tried for a few weeks without any success. There Tech support sucked and I just gave up. I could find no numbers to call for help and the email took days. On the VPN I could get the client to connect to the SOHO VPN but it would take 5 min to copy a 1k file. Any Comments.
