VPN Win98 Client

I have configured an NT Server as VPN Server with PPTP but from Win 98 Sec Ed. client machine I only can log in with my user name and pw but can`t browse the Network (I have entered WINS Servers IP addresses on the client side). I am fighting with that problem, have asked a dozen of professionals, but nobody has an answer. Will appreciate any help. Thanks, Alex
