VPN with Westell Versalink 327W on Verizon

Good evening,

I am having difficulty connecting to my company’s VPN via my Westell Versalink 327W router. I have read a number of cases where people cannot get this to work and was looking for some guidance to correct the problem. Has anyone successfully set this up?
