W2K Domain Replication tool

I can’t get Microsoft file replication working properly on our W2K domain (3 sites US,UK,Sweden). I’ve looked at Veritas storage replication tool but that doesn’t seem to be what I’m after. Any info on 3rd party replication tools available would be much appreciated.
