W2K Laptop Domain and Local Profiles

Work for an Accounting firm with W2K Domain, user logs in to W2K Laptop on domain has profile and settings for Outlook. User goes to the field to mini-network Peer to Peer with other users he needs to login local machine, W2K creates another profile. I would like to have the local profile point to the user.domain profile so his settings won’t change, when he moves from office to field work.
