W2K Profl, W2KSrv and Linux Red hat

I have C,D&E partition under NT enviornment and a pair of linux partitions. I have been installed in C w2kProfessional and W98 in E W2kSrv and in the other Linux Red Hat 7.2, all the OS works good enough, just for linux I have to boot from a Floppy, but I can?t find the boot.ini to add a line for Windows boot process let me choose Linux Red Hat (I already made a search but it doesn?t appear the boot.ini even in C,D or E).
Please suggest me, where I can find it.
