w2K server install

No shares are working. It’s supposed to be a print server. It’s a member server in a NT4 network. I built another w2k member print server thats working fine in this environment. Anyone got a quick pointer to what the server setup for a print server should be? I’ve been thru the Server setup help to no avail…
