W2kPro and Act!2000

I am running W2k Professional and Act!2000. Everytime that I go to write a fax letter using either Word2000 or Act word processor i get an error message stating that “Failed to connect to word processor” I found a document through act!’s web site but did not fix my problem. If I log onto the workstation as Admin or If I maKe the user part of the Admin Group (which i definitely do not want to do) It works without a problem. I know it is a permissions issue. I gave the user full control to the registry and didnt work. Has anyone had this problem
