WAN Connection

Dear Sir,

I want to establish a WAN connection in a Govt sector between its HO and Branch office. It has total 18 Branch accross a district. So for this what are the equipmetns are required and what are the other configuration is required .

Please let me know the details.. Its very very Urgent..
