Recently my department and I finished a project upgrading our current WAN connection to our Mexico facility including Voice over Frame and Video. We used Sprint for our deliverables. The project had massive potential. We had the hardest time gettingsprint or Tel-mex to do anything. Our department did most of the work. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this kind of problem with doing network upgrades with sprint or any other provider. It seems like no one knew what anyone else was doing. I knew nothing about router, routing, VoFR, or Video. I can now (with field experience) setup any type of routing scheme. And I can slap together VoFR in a few minutes. I had to learn ninety percent of everything the engineer was supposed to know. Someone please give some feed back.
