Want to work in the U.S.

Is it possible for me to get a job in the U.S. even I dont have a job experience as an I.T. professional? Is there any companies who where willing to hire and train those people from other countries because I really want to work in U.S. Im currentlystudying about Systems Administration but I know it is not enough so Im thingking if theres any job in the States because I know that there are many challenges in the U.S. and Im willing to get it.If someone who can help me, I would greatly appreciate it.
