Wanted: Productivity Application

I am looking for a Calendar + Schedule + To-Do List Utility ? It should be working with Web (as an online app), PC (as a windows app), and Mobile (Java app + GPRS access is also fine). Sync-on-Demand is required. I would prefer to have a freeware access. Suggest me, if you know anything..!
