We can no longer have 2 persons in a .xls file at the same time.

When 1 person was in the .xls file and another
wanted to access the same file, it would give
a message about opening as a read only file. You would click ok and proceed. Now we get
an error message that says the file can’t be
found. The 1st person has to get out and then
it will allow the 2nd to go in. Help!
