web access monitoring

Recently, my company installed a firewall, and set users up with web access. Now, the powers that be, want to have a way to “see” what web sites are visited, and by whom. In case there are any questions involving corporate secrets, and competition,, of course. I am looking for feedback regarding software packages which might fit this need.
Suggestions??
