Web based database application for work at home.

I would like to use access to develop a web based database application for work at home workers (5 to 7) workers. to access client company data,contact info,etc, update the records, email new info to clients, and classify the client based on the data gathered. I need to load 20k to 100k records that will be changed from time to time. Is there a product that will do that for a small business? or Can that be developed for access?
