Web Developer Wanted

I am looking for a Web Developer in the Washington D.C. or Atlanta Georgia area that can code an interface to a database. I will buy what ever software is needed. I am not concerned with what database you know, as long as it can handle what we need.Prefferably MS products since we already have them and keeps it simple, but we’re not bound by that.
We already have investors and clients standing by but we need to get the site up to show them how it will work. email me if you are interested and we will fill out the Non-disclosure paperwork and workout a compensation plan. (payment for services or percentage of profits).
The intial product will be very simple for demonstration then will grow from there.
