web master programming 300 hrs. course

I’m planning to take up a hands on complete web master programming for 6 months worth PhP60,000.00. Will I learn everything I need to know in a 6 mos. training course or a total of 300 hrs.?

In 6 months training, do you think I have a potential to collaborate in the I.T. world?

I’m an end-user of audio recording software using windows 98 and I want to shift my career to I.T. programming and to ensure my own success.What is your advice?
