Webmail running from Exchange 2003

Hi all,
I have Exchange 2003 setup and running fine. Nevertheless I would like to setup webmail access to the users. This will work on a close lap network. Do you guys have any idea where to look for a tutorial how to configured. Never done it before but it was requested now and I am a bit stuck.
