website goes off and online

Does anyone knows why my website keeps going offline and then back online periodically?
I have checked and everything seems OK but I do not understand why the website keep going offine.
The server it was running on had a small disk space on the C-drive so I moved the site to another server but it still goes off and online on its own.
Any ideas from the web gurus aou there!
