website using iis5.0 on SBS 2000

Can you please tell me how publish my website using iis5.0 on a small business server 2000. I have a Broadband ADSL connection with a router attache to my server via 2 Network interface cards in my server. One for the internal network and the other for the internet connection and ISA 2000. I have used the routers ip as the default gateway address for the secong NIC.I have disabled DNS on my server because the Router is DNS enable from BT.The domain name is already registered. All is not working. Can you pls advise.
