Weekly/Monthly Windows NT 4.0 Reboots

It has been my experience that Windows NT 4.0 servers function best if rebooted weekly or monthly. At one time, I could swear I saw Microsoft documentation that confirmed this. Does anyone have a link to any documentation (Microsoft or other) that could confirm this?
