weird messages when i boot comp up

when i start comp up i always have to use my xp home installation disk otherwise when it loads without it, i get few things up like.

my network adaptor card im using

and CLIENT MAC ADDRESS.

and i get
boot by cd
boot by cd

if i dont put my xp disk in to load windows up i get this…

disk read error i think it was.

just want a normal bootup.wityhout the boot from CDs and intel thing i get with that MAC ADDY?

so how can i get rid of all of this please???

and how can i boot my comp up from normal and get rid of these things please??
