What am I missing for IT job?

I’ve been sending out my resumes to companies and agencies, but unfortunately, I haven’t got any call for an interview yet. I have a BA in Business Administration, major in Computer Information Systems. A+ certification and currently working on my MCSE 2000 certification. I have 7 years of experience in computer hardware and software troubleshooting, and approximately 3 years experience in networking. I even tried to applied for a help desk job, but no call! What am I missing?
