What are you consultants including in your maintenance contracts

I am new to the land of full time computer consulting and I am wondering what you folks have been including in your maintenance contracts? Checking backups and completing test restores seems like an obvious in to customers along with verifying windows updates as well as Java, Adobe and the like. What else are you including?
