What CPU What Ram

I am looking for a small program that will fit on a Floppy that i can use to find out what CPU, What RAM, What HDD, is on a computer that does not have an OS installed. At many auctions the HDD have been wiped clean. So i need to be able to establish what is in the box before bidding and when unable to open and look inside.It would also be helpfull where the password is not known.
