What did this guy do to his computer…

Ok this has been mind boggeling me for days now, heres the specs on computer this guy has “my father” win 95 machine using outlook express for email. Starting last week when he goes to print email’s all it does it print header “the To: From: CC: Title:” for the life of me i cannot get it to print the message part of email….. What do i have to do….
