After hours on the phone with Microsoft,I was told that I would have to format my hard drive to intall a fresh version of windows to solve my problem. About a month ago my version of windows became not genuine because of a volume licencing product key had been blocked. After I called Microsoft about the problem, they sent me a new intall disk with product key and said to use magical jelley been to change the key and everything would be ok and still have all my files in tact. As we all know now, mjb is not available to change keys any more. Does anybody have an easy quick solution? I really would like to keep my files and progams. Oh yes I forgot to mention, my system restore is inoperable, and attepts to turn it on failed.
