What IT courses to teach beginners (Unemployed) to work (virtual work)

Hi everyone, I want to set up a charity/social enterprise teaching the unemployed and those with learning difficulties IT that would lead them into virtual work.

I am looking at developer coding which hoping will take 6 months – a year to move participants on to work.
Would really appreciate some help in concern what IT learning I could give them to lead onto virtual work, basic or other learning, but it must not take longer than 6 – 12 months in order of finance and getting them into work. Will be looking at other 3rd world countries so could be looking at basic IT virtual Jobs.
