What Next?

4 years as an avionics technician, 12 years as a telecommunications technician, extensive troubleshooting, coordination, and customer support skills, along with 8 years of PC experience and now a BS in Computer Sci and in this market I rarely get aninterview, even for Help Desk! Any advice on where to go from here?
