What permissions to set for BACKUP OPERA

We want our BACKUP OPERATOR group to be able to re-run failed jobs under ARCSERVE IT 6.1, but don’t want to give them local admin or domain admin since the server that runs our ARCSERVE software is also our Exchange server.
Any clue as to what permissions I need to set WHERE for this to work?
