What should I do?

I graduated with a computer programming and multi-media backgound and it seems like I’m in the middle of the ocean with no paddle to get to shore! I’m looking for change in career paths after some thinking. I currently work as a contactor writing business proposals for an [IT] company, and I don’t work enough hours to make it a full-time contract. I was thinking about becoming a Business Analyst, yet I don’t know where to start. Any help as to what I should take to persue it?
