What should i have to do when website is not opening in any browser?

I have an issue created by the browser maybe when i am opening a website ( link removed by moderator ) on my system, Google delivering a page with the Title of ‘Page cannot be reached’ and just before 4 weeks before my website is also got hide from google for 2 days then it will be shown when i fetch again the website from the webmaster. Is it related to the indexing issue or some server error?
