I’m really interested in getting into Flutter app development and eventually building cross-platform apps for Android and iOS. Before I dive straight into learning Flutter and Dart, I want to make sure I have a strong foundation.

What are the essential skills or concepts I should be familiar with before starting Flutter?
Do I need prior experience in mobile app development, or is it okay to start as a beginner?

Also, should I be learning any particular programming concepts, like object-oriented programming, UI/UX basics, or API integration, beforehand?
Any resources or learning paths you’d recommend for someone just starting out?
