what to do?

Good Day guys

i seriously need some help. I have decided to completely change careers, i have always been in sales and want to change to the IT industry because of my fascination
with all things to do with technology. i want to break in to the networking field and start study again. my problem is i don’t know where to start. I don’t have a budget to get a bachelors or a degree. is it possible for me to start at the bottom with a entry level course and work my way up the food chain. my main goal is to go in the route of networking and security. what is my options and where do i start?
