What would be the BEST possible laptop in 2019?

I was woundering, if you had an unlimited budget (within reason), what would be the best laptop you could get? Can you get a laptop with stats comparable to top of the line gaming laptops in a sleeker frame if you where to pay a bit more? Or is that impossible and if it were everyone would be doing it? My guess it this would be an entirely custom laptop? I apologize if this is the wrong place for this.
