What you think?

I have a AS in computer networking. I graduated since august and still, I can’t find a job. I want to go get a few certifications but yet I am reluctanct because it costs so much to get certified. What you thinkg I should do
1)Go get certified hoping, that’ll make me marketable?
2)Go get my BA in IT?
2)or move to another field because IT is too competitive?(I am thinking about Real state finance/investing)
