What’s it FOR?

I’m an IT manager, and sort of post-Twitter and a Facebook Luddite.

We have Google Apps Enterprise and so have Google+ access now. I have users who are adding me to their circles, but when I ask them what it’s for, or how they’re using it, they haven’t the faintest idea.

How are you using Google+ to add anything useful to your intra-enterprise communications?
