Are you planning to hire next year?
Hiring activity in the first quarter of 2003 will remain at fourth-quarter levels, according to Robert Half Technology’s Information Technology Hiring Index. Eleven percent CIOs expect to add IT staff and 3 percent foresee personnel reductions. The majority of executives, 86 percent, plan no change in hiring activity.
What are your hiring plans next year — and if you’re not hiring, is it budget restraints or a clamp down on tech projects that’s spurring the hiring freeze?
We need your input for an upcoming story and thank you for helping as always,
Sincerely
