What’s your favorite online calendar solution?

I need to start using an online calendar and I have tried Stixy with mixed results. I haven’t heard much about Google’s solution, but I am open to suggestions. I wanted to hear from other techies that have some favorites. It doesn’t necessarily have to be free and I don’t have any hangups about using a MS solution if it works. I would like something that can send email alerts. Any thoughts?
